The special assessment will be collected in three installments of $250 each. The exact timing of the invoicing will be determined, but we expect to invoice for special assessments in Fall 2024, and Summer of 2025 and 2026. The goal for the Algonkian Parkway fencing is to replace the current, see-through fence with a high, solid, wood fencing of style and construction that looks attractive, improves sound dampening, and increases visual blocking effects. The HOA Board of Directors will address specifics of the work, if the special assessments are affirmed.
